C-Infinity Container – Notice and End-User License Agreement (EULA) V1.0

C-Infinity, Inc. – Corporate Container EULA (AutoAssembler – Containerized Deployment)

1. Relationship to Master Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) applies to your organization's authorized use of the containerized version of AutoAssembler (the “Container”) provided by C-Infinity, Inc. (C-Infinity). This EULA is incorporated into and forms part of the Master Agreement between C-Infinity and your organization (the “Master Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between this EULA and the Master Agreement, the terms of the Master Agreement shall prevail. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Master Agreement.

2. Ownership and Confidentiality

All software, source code, binaries, scripts, configurations, data, and documentation contained in the Container (collectively, the “Content”) are confidential and proprietary to C-Infinity. All rights not expressly granted in the Master Agreement are reserved.

3. Authorized Use

Access to the Container is for authorized individuals acting within the scope of their responsibilities under the Master Agreement. If you are not explicitly authorized, do not proceed.

4. Use Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted in the Master Agreement, you must not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or share any part of the Content;
• Remove or alter notices, watermarks, or technical protections;
• Benchmark or publish performance results;
• Copy, download, extract, photograph, record, transmit, disclose, distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Content beyond what is necessary for authorized purposes.

5. Third-Party Components

The Container may include third-party software subject to separate license terms. A complete list of such components, their licenses, attributions, and any source code availability requirements is available on demand.

You must comply with all applicable third-party license terms. Updates to these terms are incorporated by reference into this EULA.

6. Compliance with Laws

Use of the Container must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as applicable data protection and privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and others).

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Any processing of personal data through the Container must comply with applicable data protection laws and with any data protection requirements specified in the Master Agreement or applicable privacy policies.

8. Monitoring and Security

Access to the Container is monitored and logged (including connection attempts, authentication events, and session activity). Logs may be reviewed for security and compliance purposes, and evidence of misuse may be shared with appropriate authorities.

9. Termination and Return of Information

Upon termination of access rights or upon request, all confidential information obtained through use of the Container must be returned or destroyed in accordance with the Master Agreement.

10. Updates to this EULA

C-Infinity may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
