By accessing and using AutoAssembler (AI Design Assistant) ("Service", "AutoAssembler", or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). AutoAssembler is operated by C-Infinity, Inc. a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in California ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Service Description
AutoAssembler is an AI-powered design assistant platform that allows users to upload and analyze STEP (Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data) files containing 3D assembly models. The Service provides automated design analysis, visualization, and related functionalities.
2.1 Beta Status
AutoAssembler is currently in Beta testing phase. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service is not feature complete and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.
- Features may be modified, added, or removed without notice.
- The Service may experience interruptions or periods of instability.
- Performance and reliability may not meet production standards.
- Data loss or corruption may occur more frequently than in production software.

3.3 Beta Testing
As a Beta user:

4. Intellectual Property Rights

- You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your files.
- Any insights, analysis, or recommendations generated by AutoAssembler based on your files are owned by us, while your original files remain your property.

- AutoAssembler, including its AI technology, algorithms, original content, and functionality, is owned by C-Infinity, Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- The AutoAssembler name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of C-Infinity, Inc.
5. Privacy and Data Security
5.1 File Storage
- Files are stored securely on US-based servers.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your uploads.
- We do not guarantee absolute security of uploaded files.
- We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5.2 Data Usage
- We collect and analyze usage data to improve AutoAssembler.
- We may use anonymized data to train and improve our AI models.
- We do not sell or share your STEP files with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Service Availability
